About Me

Picture of Me

I build tools to make data more accessible and impactful. Currently, I perform this role as an Analytics Engineer with Zelus Analytics. Previously, I was a Senior Analyst in the Sacramento Kings Basketball Analytics department and completed an MSc Statistics at Simon Fraser University where my research focused on using machine learning, data mining, and statistical tools to gain insight into NBA optical player tracking data.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing sports (basketball, ultimate frisbee, tennis), reading, and board games. Living in Sacramento has allowed me to transition to cycling as my main form of transportation and I try to be my own bicycle mechanic as much as possible. I also enjoy learning new skills, recently this has included improv, juggling, and slack lining.
